Description

A private jeep tour of southern Phu Quoc in a classic US Army jeep – pearl farming, historic sites and the island's fishing culture. The route covers Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm, An Thoi fishing village, the Coconut Prison museum, a fish sauce factory and beach time at Sao Beach or Khem Beach with snorkeling. English-speaking local guide throughout.

Program:

  • 09:00 Hotel pick-up, transfer to Duong Dong, jeep changeover and guide meet-and-greet.
  • 09:15 Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm: learn how Phu Quoc's famous pearls are cultivated.
  • 10:30 An Thoi Fishing Village: working harbour and traditional fishing boats.
  • 11:30 Coconut Prison Museum: history of the island's wartime prison camp.
  • 12:00 Fish Sauce Factory: Phu Quoc's signature condiment and its production process.
  • 12:30 Sao Beach or Khem Beach: free time, snorkeling and lunch.
  • 14:00 Drive through Suoi Tien rural area.
  • 15:00 Return to hotel.
