When traveling with a small child, this is a must. We took the arrivals pass and saved 1.5-2 hours. Everything was quick and easy, I highly recommend it.

We applied for a Fax Tracking document in advance of our trip to Thailand. We paid in advance, and upon arrival we were met with a sign and escorted through passport control without waiting in line. The whole process took about 5 minutes. Thank you.

We used the skip-the-line immigration service. It was so nice to know we didn't have to stand in that huge line after a long flight. We were given a dedicated employee and a dedicated window, where we were shown. But the crowd stood there, perplexed, asking, "Is that even possible?" Overall, I highly recommend this skip-the-line service! You definitely won't regret it! They also organize transfers to your hotel, in case that's helpful.

We quickly found the counter with our name on it, and frankly, we didn't even realize how we got through security and ended up at the exit 😁 It literally took 5-7 minutes. We're very happy, we're planning to take the fast track for departure.

The Fast Track service is excellent; we purchased it through Treasure Island without any hassle. Passport control took less than five minutes for both of us, even though there was a sizable line of other passengers. I highly recommend it!

The meeting takes place in the Coral Arrival Lounge, located before passport control.
Check your name at the name board located at the lounge entrance.
After your name is checked, you will be escorted and assisted through the Express Lane.
The Fast Track Immigration Pass on arrival includes:
Greeting guests.
Escorting guests to the immigration counter for expedited passport control.

Important to know

Service for infants (0-2 years) is provided free of charge.
For children aged 2 and older, the service is provided for a fee.
Fast Track Service is provided by English-speaking staff from the service company.
The Fast Track service does not include transfer or porter services.
