Due to Illness
All programs
Cancellation:When a certificate from a Phuket hospital is provided no later than 3:00 PM on the day of the excursion, a full refund is given. Exceptions: Similan Islands, air tours, Cheow Lan Lake 2-day tours - no refund is possible even with a hospital certificate. For two-day programs, a 50% refund is given.
Change:Upon providing a certificate from the Phuket hospital no later than 3:00 PM on the day of the excursion, rescheduling is possible without additional charges. Exceptions: two-day programs - rescheduling is possible with a 50% surcharge. Important! Rescheduling is only possible for the sick person or a child and one adult.
