Description

A private evening trip from Da Nang to Hoi An — a UNESCO World Heritage Ancient Town 40 km from Da Nang. The group travels by car (small groups) or minivan (larger groups). The route starts with a basket boat ride in Bay Mau coconut forest, continues through the historic centre — Tan Ky Merchant House and the 16th-century Japanese Covered Bridge — and ends with lanterns on the Hoai River and the An Hoi night market. 

Program:

  • 14:00 Hotel pick-up in Da Nang, transfer to Hoi An.
  • Bay Mau Coconut Forest: basket boat ride on traditional round Thung Chai boats with a local boatman show.
  • Hoi An Ancient Town: Tan Ky Merchant House, Japanese Covered Bridge (16th century) and Chinese assembly halls.
  • 18:30 Dinner and free time (extra fee).
  • Hoai River: light a lantern and release it on the river (extra fee).
  • An Hoi Night Market: silk, handmade leather goods and lanterns.
  • ~22:00 Return to Da Nang hotels.
