Fantasea, transfer

Operating Hours

  • Park: 17:30 – 23:30

  • Restaurant: 17:30 – 21:00

  • Show: 21:00 (duration – 70 minutes)

Important Transfer Information

  • Branded bus with the "Fanta Sea" logo will arrive at your hotel's reception from 17:00 to 17:15. The bus may be delayed by up to 10 minutes.

  • Be ready in the main hotel lobby 5 minutes before the boarding time

  • If you are late, the bus will wait for you for 5 minutes, after which it will leave without you, and no compensation is provided for this.

  • Show the driver your electronic voucher. The driver will check your voucher against their data and then you will head to the show. You will arrive at the park in 40 minutes.

Park Entry

  • Upon arrival at the park, present your electronic voucher at the ticket office.

  • In exchange for the voucher, you will receive an entrance ticket and a show ticket with a seat number (seats are allocated automatically).

  • A special sticker is placed at the entrance – do not lose the show ticket, it is needed for the return transfer.

  • Children may have their height measured to ensure they meet the requirements for a child ticket. Up to 3 years old (up to 1 m tall) – free, height 101-140 cm – child rate.

Stay in the Park

  • In the park, you can walk around independently, visit the zoo with albino animals, watch various performances, feed and take photos with elephants. 

  • Attractions in the park are paid – 200 baht for 5 tickets. Elephant rides – 600 baht per elephant.

Restaurant Visit (if included)

  • The restaurant operates on a buffet system. You choose the dinner time yourself – either immediately upon arrival at the park or after a walk.

  • Drinks are paid separately (exception: coffee, black and green tea, water with ice).

  • Bringing food and drinks is prohibited.

Show Rules

  • The show starts at 21:00 and lasts 70 minutes. You must be near the auditorium by 20:45.

  • Photo and video recording are prohibited – for violations, you may be removed from the hall without a refund. Before entering the hall, staff will take your photo, video equipment, and mobile phones.

  • The hall is air-conditioned (be prepared for it to be cool).

Return Transfer

  • The transfer starts operating after the show ends.

  • After the show ends – exit the park area. There you will see a bus parking lot divided by zones/beaches: Kata, Karon, Patong, and others. Go to the zone corresponding to your hotel's location and show the driver your ticket. In 40 minutes you will be back at the hotel.

  • Vehicles depart every 10 minutes until midnight.

Be careful and do not leave personal belongings in the bus, restaurant, auditorium, and other places unattended. "Treasure Island" company is not responsible for your personal belongings.
