Operating Hours

  • The park is open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.


Important Transfer Information

  • The bus will arrive at your hotel's reception at the scheduled time. The bus may be delayed by up to 10 minutes.

  • Please be ready in the main hotel lobby 5 minutes before the pick-up time.

  • If you are late, the bus will wait for you for 5 minutes, after which it will leave without you, and no compensation will be provided.

  • Show the driver your electronic voucher. The driver will verify your voucher with their records and then you will proceed to the water park.

  • Group transfer from the main beaches of Phuket: Rawai, Nai Harn, Kata, Karon, Chalong, Kathu, Nakalay, Patong, Kamala, Siray Bay, Panwa, Phuket Town, Laem Hin, Surin, Bang Tao.

  • Arrival time at the water park: 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

  • Return transfer time from the water park: 3:00 PM and 6:30 PM.

  • You must choose the return transfer time at the time of booking, and it cannot be changed later.


Park Entry

  • Children's height may be measured at the entrance to ensure they meet the requirements for a child ticket.  Children up to 90 cm tall enter for free, those 91-121 cm tall require a child ticket.

  • You will be given a wristband at the entrance, which requires a deposit for payment of food, drinks, souvenirs, and additional services inside.

  • The remaining deposit will be refunded upon exit.


Attractions and Zones

  • The park is divided into 5 themed zones, each with its own attractions and entertainment.

  • The park features attractions for adrenaline lovers and safe zones for children of all ages.

  • Emerald Forest – extreme water slides, including Flight of the Kinnarees and Angel Slides.

  • Great Andaman Bay – attractions with artificial waves, including Andamanda Bay and Eagle Flyer.

  • Naga Jungle – high-speed slides, including Cobra Curls and Dragons Drop.

  • Young children can enjoy the safe zone Wonder Waterland and other children's attractions.

  • Entrance tickets include access to all attractions, but some activities may require additional payment.

What's Included and Extra Charges

  • Sun loungers throughout the water park are free for all guests.

  • Cabana rental for up to 4 people - 2,500 baht.

  • Water villa rental for up to 15 people - 10,000 baht.

  • Safe rental - 200 baht.

  • Towel rental - 200 baht.

  • Personal belongings can be stored in a locker with an electronic lock, opened with the wristband.

Important to Know

  • Pregnant women, people with acute chronic diseases, or open wounds are prohibited from using the slides. 

  • Each attraction has its own visiting rules (height, weight, age), which are posted at the entrance to the respective attraction.

  • Swimwear must be free of zippers and buttons. 

  • Swim diapers are mandatory for infants.

  • The park does not provide guides, visits are self-guided.

  • Park staff are responsible for safety and compliance with rules on the attractions.

  • Bringing food and drinks into the park is prohibited.

  • Do not leave personal belongings unattended.
