Fast Track service is provided by English-speaking staff


  1. Before arriving at the airport:
    If you are traveling independently, call the Fast Track service hotline at +66 92 9159515 15 minutes before arrival, providing your last name and flight number.

  2. Meeting at the airport:
    Coral staff will meet you at the car drop-off area:

  • Exit No. 3 on the 3rd floor - for most flights.

  • Exit No. 5 on the 1st floor - for Azur Air, Red Wings, Ikar Airlines, Qanot Sharq flights.

    The staff will have a sign with your last name.

  1. Check-in for the flight:
    You will be escorted to the check-in counter. Proceed with check-in in the general queue (priority check-in is not included in the price).

  2. Porter services:

    Up to 2 pieces of luggage or bags per person.

    For excess luggage (larger than 56x36x23 cm), an additional charge of 100 baht per item applies.

  3. Passport control and hand luggage inspection:
    After check-in, staff will assist you in quickly passing through passport control and hand luggage inspection.

  4. VAT refund:
    If necessary, they will assist with tax refund processing for purchases in duty-free shops.

  5. Lounge area:
    You will be escorted to the premium lounge area where you can wait for your flight.
    The lounge area offers:

  • Alcohol.

  • Pastries, fruits, freshly prepared food (buffet).

  • Coffee machine, tea, sweets, snacks.
    Maximum stay in the lounge area is 2.5 hours. *Additional time is charged separately (350 baht per hour).

  1. Special requests:
    Staff will provide flight information, a wheelchair (if needed), and assistance with other special requests.
