Fast track service is provided by English-speaking staff

1. Arrival meeting:
   A Coral representative will meet you upon arrival in front of the passport control area (approximately near gate 11) or at the entrance to the terminal / in front of the escalator / immediately after going up the escalator before entering the passport control area (if you are being transported from the ramp by bus) with a sign with your name (before passport control).

2. Passport control:
   The representative will assist you in passing through passport control without waiting in line, at a specially designated counter.

3. Baggage claim:
   You will be assisted with baggage claim and porter services will be provided (no more than 2 pieces of luggage or bags per person).

4. Escort:
   After all procedures, you will be escorted to the meeting area or taxi zone.

5. Additional requests:
   The representative will provide information about your flight and assist with any special requests, if any.
