Fast Track service is provided by English-speaking staff


  1. Before arriving at the airport:
    If you are traveling independently, call the Fast Track service hotline at +66 92 9159515 15 minutes before arrival, providing your last name and flight number.

  2. Meeting at the airport:
    Coral staff will meet you at the car drop-off area:

  • Exit No. 3 on the 3rd floor - for most flights.

  • Exit No. 5 on the 1st floor - for Azur Air, Red Wings, Ikar Airlines, Qanot Sharq flights.
    The staff member will have a sign with your last name.

  1. Check-in for the flight:
    You will be escorted to the flight check-in counter, where you will check in with the general queue (priority check-in is not included in the cost).

  2. Porter services:

    Up to 2 pieces of luggage or bags per person.

    For excess luggage (larger than 56x36x23 cm), an additional charge of 100 baht per item applies.

  3. Passport control and hand luggage inspection:
    Staff will assist you in quickly passing through passport control and hand luggage inspection via a separate counter, bypassing the main queue.

  4. VAT processing:
    If necessary, you will be escorted to the tax refund counter and assisted with the paperwork.

  5. Lounge area:
    You will be escorted to the premium lounge where you can wait for your flight.
    Included in the lounge area without restrictions:

  • Alcohol (beer, wine, champagne, spirits).

  • Pastries, fruits, freshly prepared food (buffet).

  • Coffee machine, tea, sweets, snacks.
    Maximum stay time — 2.5 hours. Additional time is charged (350 baht per hour).

  1. Special requests:
    The manager will provide you with additional instructions, assist with flight information, provide a wheelchair, or fulfill other special requests.
