Transfer arrival

You will be met by a representative of Treasure Island in the arrival area:

• After collecting your luggage, head to Exit 2 and go outside

• Immediately after exiting, turn left to the area where people with signs are waiting

• In this area, our representative Khun Anna will meet you with a sign with your name and the company name Treasure Island

• Khun Anna will call the driver and within 10 minutes he will arrive from the parking lot to the airport exit

• The driver will assist you with your luggage and take you to the hotel

• The driver will wait up to 2 hours from the moment the flight lands, after which he/she will leave, and the payment will not be refunded

• Waiting beyond this limit is charged separately
