1. General Provisions

The website https://tisland.travel, including all levels of its domain (hereinafter referred to as the Website), contains materials protected by copyright, trademarks, and other protected materials including but not limited to: texts, photographs, audio and/or video content, graphics, and music compositions.

Tratato Co.,Ltd., registration number 0835565000486, TAT License 34/02696 (hereinafter referred to as the Company), holds exclusive rights to the selection, arrangement, systematization, and transformation of data on the Website, as well as the source data itself.

2. User Agreement

5. Liability

6. Miscellaneous

This Agreement shall take effect from the moment the User accepts its terms and is indefinite.

The Company may amend the Agreement without prior notice. Changes take effect upon publication on the Website.

All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts at the Company's location in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
