Description
The program includes:
Ratchatewi Quarter
We start where the locals live, without souvenir shops or tourist buses. Ordinary streets, ordinary life.
Jim Thompson House Museum
The American who brought Thai silk back to the world stage in the 1950s disappeared without a trace into the Malaysian jungle. His house stands on stilts over a canal and looks exactly as he left it. We enter the grounds, without a tour inside.
Canal Bus Ride
A non-touristy route – public transport used by locals. One of the best ways to see Bangkok without embellishment.
Iron Temple Loha Prasat
The only temple of its kind in the world: metal spires, tiers, and open galleries. We ascend to the observation deck.
Tuk-tuk to Chinatown
The ride itself is part of the experience.
Wat Mangkon Temple and the Streets of Chinatown
Bangkok's main Chinese temple is a living, breathing place, not a museum: incense, prayers, vendors at the entrance. Then a stroll through the streets, where shop windows and scents change every ten meters.
Lunch at a Chinese restaurant
Duck, tom yum, wontons, shrimp, crab omelet. Additional charge.
Talat Noi District
Motorcycle dismantling workshops next to coffee shops—it's not a contradiction, that's Bangkok.
Your choice of finale:
Icon Siam - a shopping mall on the river with views of the city and an indoor floating market.
Mahanakhon Skyscraper (314 m) -Thailand's highest observation deck, a glass floor overlooking the city.
Or we return to the hotel.
