Description
An author full-day group tour in Khao Lak National Park for guests staying in the Khao Lak area. The programme is designed for families with children and first-time visitors to Thailand: a relaxed pace, close contact with elephants, bamboo raft ride, and a waterfall stop.
Programme:
- ~06:00 Departure from Khao Lak area hotels.
- Wat Suwan Kuha Cave Temple (Reclining Buddha Temple) — cave with stalactites and bats, monkeys on the temple grounds.
- Elephant ride through the jungle.
- Baby elephant show — learn about elephant behaviour and daily life.
- Swimming with the elephant.
- Bamboo raft ride — a leisurely float down the river through the national park.
- Seafood lunch at a riverside restaurant.
- Waterfall — swimming in the waterfall pool.
- ~16:00 Return to hotels.
Important to know
- Children's ticket for ages 4-11 inclusive. Free for children up to 3 years old (no separate seat in the minivan).
- Program points may alternate in different order.
- The program is suitable for everyone: children, elderly people, and pregnant women.
